About Me

Brian has over 15 years experience in the property industry, both renting and selling property and has a broad knowledge of the industry. Brian also has over 10 years experience working in Customer Services.

Brian originally comes from New Ross, Co. Wexford and graduated from UCD in 1996 with a BA in Economics & Geography. Brian went on to complete a Higher Diploma in Food Marketing & Rural Development from UCC in 1998. Brian is PSRA licensed and is a member of the Institute of the Property Auctioneers and Valuers (MIPAV).

Brian enjoys meeting customers and believes in being flexible in accommodating buyers, sellers and landlords.

    review rating 5  I recently bought a house from Fergal Hynes . He was very professional, extremely helpful accommodating and patient . He answered all my queries promptly and gave advise as best he could on how to transition from my old home to new one . I would strongly recommend him as an auctioneer and would like to thank him for all his help . This morning I got a card in the post from Fergal wishing me luck in my new home ... a very nice personal touch . I would like to wish him every success in his business, he deserves it !
